Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • USA & Canada: 7–12 business days

  • UK & EU: 6–10 business days

  • Australia & NZ: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Note: Some items may ship separately for faster delivery.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—subscribe to our emails to stay updated.

Customs & Import Duties (UK/EU):
Orders may be subject to customs fees or VAT upon delivery, especially in the UK & EU. These charges are determined by your country’s import regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every purchase from Pawzzle. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Standard Return Policy (Global):

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed

How to Request a Return:

Email us at pawzzle1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and a return address based on your location.

🐾 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Send a photo of the item and packaging

  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return in most cases
