Q: My tracking number says ‘delivered’, but I haven’t received anything.
A: Oh no! Sometimes couriers mark packages as delivered a day early, or leave them in a mailroom, locker, or with a neighbor. Please check around, and if it’s still missing after 48 hours, contact us at pawzzle1@gmail.com and we’ll help sort it out.
Q: Why is my order taking longer than expected?
A: Shipping times can vary due to customs delays, weather, or high-volume seasons. Rest assured, we track every order and will assist if anything goes off-track.
Q: Will I have to pay customs, VAT, or import duties (EU/UK orders)?
A: Yes, orders shipped to the EU or UK may incur additional VAT or customs fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These are the customer’s responsibility and not included in our prices.

A: Definitely. If the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. However, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

A: For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on used pet beds, toys, or grooming products—unless there's a quality issue. If something is faulty, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Q: My item arrived damaged, wrong, or missing parts.
A: We’re really sorry! Send us a photo within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we’ll send a replacement or refund—no hassle.

Q: I didn’t get a confirmation email—was my order placed?
A: Sometimes confirmation emails land in your spam folder. If it’s not there, email us with your full name and we’ll look up your order.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: You can—but only if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Email us ASAP at pawzzle1@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to adjust or cancel it.
Q: Do you accept returns on sale items or bundles?
A: Sale items and bundle offers are usually final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check product descriptions before ordering.
Q: My discount code didn’t apply. Can I still use it?
A: Discount codes must be applied at checkout. Unfortunately, we can’t apply them retroactively—but keep an eye out for future promos!
